Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor and secure assigned areas
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals on the premises
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including alarms and disturbances
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to clients and visitors
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the supervisor
- Collaborate with local authorities as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is advantageous
- Strong observational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer skills for monitoring surveillance equipment
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Valid security guard license
