Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles, including cars, vans, or trucks, following all traffic laws and regulations
- Transport goods, equipment, or passengers to designated locations in a timely manner
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any issues
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
- Adhere to schedules and routes while accommodating any necessary changes
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a driver is preferred
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items if required
- Responsible and punctual with a strong focus on safety
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus
